The 8.6 Blackout operates at .308/AR-10 pressure levels with a rebated rim on a modified .308 bolt face. The GF-10 pairs a standard AR-10 lower with Gorilla Firearms’ purpose-engineered upper — barrel, handguard, and BCG — optimized for the cartridge’s unique ballistics. The result: a semi-automatic rifle that pushes 285gr subsonic bullets at hearing-safe velocities through a suppressor, or launches 210gr supersonic loads past 2,400 fps for open-field big game hunting.
